In my career, I have co-created the success of investments such as Nowa Motława, Hotel Number One, and Hotel Grano – properties that today are symbols of quality and stable return on investment.
Currently, at Grano Real Estate I am responsible for sales and development of premium investment projects such as Grano Sol Marina, Rezydencja AQUA, Aparthotel Bałtyk Sun, and Oval Sky in Warsaw.
My experience combines practical market knowledge with an individual approach to investors' needs. I focus on transparency, long-term relationships, and investments that truly "work for profit," not just look good in brochures.
Łukasz Pawlina
An experienced manager with over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management, specializing in the hotel and service sector. Since September 2022, he has been serving as the Board Member for Sales and Marketing at Grano Group, where he is responsible for building and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the entire hotel group.
From 2017 to 2022, he led the sales and marketing department at Grano Hotels, overseeing properties such as: Hotel Grano, Grano Hotel Solmarina, Hotel Almond, Hotel Number One by Grano, Rezydencja Aqua by Grano, Grano Aparthotel Ustronie Morskie, Grano Apartments, and Grano Flats. He was responsible for developing and implementing commercial policy, expanding the offer, and strengthening the Grano brands' market position.
His experience includes managing large teams, building and executing sales strategies, conducting negotiations, and developing new investment projects. He is known for being results-oriented, skilled in developing hotel brands, and creating added value for customers and business partners.
